Andrea
teaches very strong and consistent classes, she is always "on" when she
walks into the class and she loves giving her students personal
attention and guidance in her classes. She is inspiring, light
hearted and loves the idea of "play" when teaching.


Keri O'Meara
Certified Pilates Teacher
Keri’s
classes are fun, challenging and informed. It was the way the practice
transformed her mind and body that got Keri hooked.
Diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at the
age of three, there have been many times in her life that she has been
restricted in her movements – until she started practicing Pilates. Understanding the mechanics of the body and
how to work with it functionally and safely has awarded Keri with years
of pain
free mobility and a strong body. She
strives
to help her students achieve the same outcome. Keri
is currently working towards her rehabilitation
certification.

Kristen Corvers
Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher
Kristen teaches a slower paced class
guiding you
through the practice and fundamentals of Yoga,
paying special
attention to alignment, you
may
explore the
Restorative style using
props to aid
muscular release,
traditional Hatha poses
and
gentle Vinyasa flows in order to build strength and increase flexibility.
You can also expect to learn some introductory meditation and
breathing techniques.
Kristen has become quite popular in a very short period of time and we
- both students and staff, are thrilled to have her.
