The
Passport to Prana is like a Eurail pass allowing you to partake in
Yoga/Pilates classes all over the GTA and suburbs. This year it
is back and better than ever. To celebrate their 3rd year
anniversary, they are offering you one free class at EACH of the
participating studios. Of course Shas Studio is one of the
participating studios and proud supporter of this initiative and we
have a limited number of Passports available.

Sunny Cafe, located inside Noah's at Spadina and Bloor, have agreed to

business card. I eat there every weekday, have been for over a
year now, and I just love it. They have a wonderful, tasty,
organic vegetarian buffet, fresh juices and delicious bakery items.
