We have enjoyed running group classes for our lovely community for more than 10 years now, however, as we embark on running a clinical trial on the effects of Yoga, Pilates & Osteopathy on balance, as a preventative measure against falls; we are now in need to utilize Shas Studio for research,in addition to the private work we continue to do.  If you are interested in taking some group classes, please take a look at the 'Thesis Research Study' page for all the details, and fill out the form to be part of the study - it's all free!
