SALES POLICIES:

All Sales are final and non-refundable.  This applies to classes / privates / semi-privates delivered at the studio as well as on-location sites.
Classes / privates / semi-privates are transferable, a 15% transfer fee will apply.Unless otherwise specified, classes / privates / semi-privates have a 1-year expiry date from date of purchase
Unless otherwise specified, gift certificates are redeemable without expiry date, however, the items listed on the gift certificate will have a 1-year expiry from the first day of redeeming the gift certificate.
We do not offer extensions to expiry dates.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen objects / items.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

24 hours notice is required for cancellations to avoid being charged the full cost of a session. Cancellations may be done by email or phone, unless otherwise indicated.

HYGIENE:

If you suffer from a cold/virus, please wear a mask to your appointment.
If you are a smoker, please wash your hands and freshen your breath before your session.
If you suffer from a transmittable condition, please ensure you cover/protect the affected area to ensure the safety of your practitioner and other patrons.
Please cover all open wounds with adequate bandaging.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Should you have any condition that may affect your ability to safely engage in physical activity, please consult your physician before attending any classes / privates / semi privates and advise us of your concerns as well as the concerns of your physician. If you have been diagnosed with a condition, please inform your osteopathic practitioner and provide a copy of all imaging and reports.
