The development of this program was motivated by my clients and patients health struggles and recovery victories, as well as my own personal health journey.

This transformation program is not a quick fix, it’s a 3-month, 6-step roadmap to health recovery, designed specifically for you if are over 40 and you are serious about reversing chronic conditions, reducing or completely eliminating pain and chronic inflammation, boosting your energy, enhancing your brain function, restoring your gut health, balancing your moods, calming your nervous system and experiencing true vitality and joie de vivre. It combines an evidence-based nutritional medicine approach to food, with holistic lifestyle & mindset as well as movement support to help you feel like your best self and keep feeling that way long after the program ends.

How The Program is Organized

The program is divided into 4 phases - where we recharge, remove, recondition, and redefine. These phases are broken down into 6 modules (see above). During each module, I educate you about the fundamentals of each modules subject matter - by video, audio and in writing, and I summarize the info in quick reference guides that you can download or print. And for those who want to do deep dives, just ask and we can have a fantastic time discussing your topics of interest together and as a group.

You will have specific tasks to accomplish in each module that help you to rebuild your health. I keep you very organized with a clearly laid out plan and detailed checklists of all the actions/activities you need to do for each module you are in. And if for some reason you get thrown off your game, I’ve got you, I am following your progress, I keep you well supported.

You Are Supported From Start to Finish

I will be there to support your efforts, answer your questions and give you guidance throughout the program. You will also be connected to, and an integral part of, a community of people like you, experiencing what you are experiencing, and striving for the same goals as you. Together we create a truly supportive and meaningful journey.

The Built-in Accountability System

Accountability is also a big component of the support I provide to you, and help you to provide for yourself so that together we can keep you on track right from the start and all the way to the end. To accomplish this, we will be using a daily and weekly habit tracking system and don’t worry, I take care of setting up all the different goals for you, all you’ll need to do is enter the data into the form sent to you by email. It’s super easy and provides you with great summaries of how you are performing at the different tasks, over time. It takes the guesswork out how you are actually doing, (how many glasses of liquids/day am I drinking on average??), and this will give you insight into where you may need to focus a bit more of your attention to truly reach your goals (oh its actually 4!?! ok time to get strategic about this!).

Tracking Your Progress

We will take the time to assess your personal starting point at the onset of your program debut, and measure your success at the end with thorough assessment questionnaires and performance assessments that cover diet, lifestyle & habits, symptoms, mindset & vision, goal setting, and physical fitness. This will give us a valuable cross-section of information to help us understand your needs and how to personalize your particular journey if needed.

FAQs

  1. Do I have to follow the schedule and pace of the program?

    The program’s protocol is designed for maximum success in the given time frame. There will be weekly goals and resources and protocols to follow over a specific timeline. You’ll be able to download content to work at your own pace, however, I recommend sticking to the program schedule to get the most out of the program and the support I offer.

  2. Does the program require the purchase of supplements?
    Yes. There will be a number of protocols involved in the program that require supplements in order to have the desired therapeutic effect on the body. Although I would like to rely solely on foods, the amount of foods and herbs that we would need to ingest to meet these therapeutic effects would surpass both palate and appetite.

  3. Do I need to get lab tests done?
    While lab tests are a fantastic tool to get objective information on specific and general health markers, they tend to be quite expensive when not prescribed by your doctor for a specific diagnostic purpose. If you are able or interested in getting lab testing done, please reach out to me and I will guide you to the tests that will deliver the best data from which you can choose.

  4. What's the difference between this online program and your in-person work?
    Schedule, cadence, community and cost. The information and the steps are pretty much the same. There may be some more personalization when I work one-on-one though the more engaged you are in the online program, the more personalization I can offer so the difference lies in your hands on that point. Otherwise, scheduling conflicts may arise for in-person work which will impact cadence, in-person is more costly and you don't have access to the community.

  5. How will this program affect my medications?
    The food and supplements recommended are generally safe to take with most medications. It is, however, recommended that you separate medications and supplements as instructed by your practitioner or pharmacist. (Most are to be taken 30 minutes to 1 hour after your prescription medication; magnesium, calcium, and iron, 4 hours after).

    When on prescription medications such as blood thinners, diuretics, or steroid medications (or others), please reach out for a list of the supplements we will be taking and be sure to check with your practitioner or pharmacist before starting this or any program.

  6. Who should not do this program?
    Unfortunately, the program is not for women who are pregnant or nursing. Also, some of the supplement recommendations may not be suitable for certain more severe conditions. If you are uncertain about whether you fall into this category, please reach out for a list of the supplements that will be used in the program so that you may cross reference this with your specialist or pharmacist before starting this program.
